About the event
Regulating bodies and minds after a busy, high-energy day can be tough! Join a board certified music therapist and graduate students from Shenandoah University for interactive music making experiences that support these transitions.
Who: Children ages 1-5
What: A virtual music group
When: Wednesdays 5:30-6 from October 29-December 10 (No class 11/26)
Where: The comfort of your own home! (Zoom)
Why: To support young bodies and minds in winding down for the evening
